HPT

Human Performance Technology

The purpose of this project was to investigate and implement methods for improving the adopting of OER by professors at Concordia University.

Step 1

The first step to solving any human performance problem is to conduct a performance analysis in order to discover the performance gap. My project focused on the adoption of Open Educational Resources (OER) at Concordia University.

Step 2

The second step in solving a performance issue is to identify the various possible human performance interventions needed. My project presents various interventions to help encourage professors at Concordia University to adopt OER in their classrooms.

Step 3

The final step is to create a detailed design of the interventions chosen to improve performance. My project focuses on two low-cost interventions which will help inspire professors at Concordia University to innovate and make use of OER in their classrooms.
