I recently completed a Master of Arts degree in Educational Technology at Concordia University.

Before attending Concordia University, I worked as an Immigration Paralegal where I gained professional experience in both U.S. and Canadian immigration. While holding different positions in the public and private sectors, my continued career advancements were made possible through self-teaching and the desire for continued individual development. Through these learning experiences, I have come to believe strongly in the potential of education to influence individual and organizational development.

Having completed a bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science, I have always been driven and interested in how the government can help improve our society. Furthermore, my interest in the study of human thought and behaviour led me to complete a minor in psychology. It is my belief that my background in both the political and social domains has allowed me a valuable perspective in the realm of education.

I pledge to combine my newfound knowledge and my firsthand career experiences to help organizations develop better training materials. My goal is for these materials to improve employee development and facilitate the organization's overall success by investing in human capital.
